Unfortunately, I do not understand what was the intention behind that test and what conclusions are we suppose to draw. I would like to know how to operate at different temperatures. I saw the wheel spinning faster with the same strength applied on the brake lever, I'm pretty sure it's a good thing! I saw a temperature cooling time chart that makes no sense at all, so it's different for every one, so it's going to be different! As far as I'm concerned, I find it more likely that somebody manipulate the alto wheel with some magic then you guys come up with some magic resin.
I did not find the right solution from the internet.
